You’ll always be notified before we move forward with non-urgent repairs or replacing worn-out items, and you’ll have the option to approve the vendor. If you have a preferred handyman, we’re happy to work with them. All repairs are itemized in your monthly statement, and copies of receipts are available upon request.
Guest essentials and household supplies are covered by StaySavvy as part of our service — not deducted from your proceeds.

To ensure a seamless guest experience, we ask that owners don’t come and go outside of reservations. You’re welcome to reserve your property for personal use anytime. Owner and family stays are free to book, with only a standard cleaning fee applied after checkout.
We provide a discreet solar-powered exterior camera to monitor guest count. While you may keep your Ring system active, we recommend deactivating it to avoid over-monitoring, which can cause unnecessary stress. Our team is trained to handle guest management, so you can stay hands-off.

We recommend discussing coverage with your insurance agent and securing a landlord or short-term rental policy. This ensures both your property and liability are fully protected.

By combining broad platform exposure with proactive outreach, we ensure your property reaches the widest audience and consistently books.
All guests are vetted through platform-based ID verification, reviews, and our own screening measures. We prioritize respectful, responsible guests to protect your home.
